The revolution is coming.
And resilience is essential for navigating change and discovering opportunities for growth.
To all my solar brothers and sisters.
I keep hearing how hard our industry is. And while this is true, with the ‘‘invasion of cheap products’’ and ‘‘solar system prices have been coming down for a while even though the cost of doing business has increased, and whilst panel prices have come down so has the STC value’’, the industry is us.
“The Only Constant in Life Is Change.”- Heraclitus
This timeless wisdom applies to all aspects of life, including our industry. It's become clear that we need to learn how to regulate our nervous systems and become more resilient.
Resilience is essential for navigating change and discovering opportunities for growth.
Stop for a moment.
With this bold message, I would like to invite consideration of replacing some of the alcohol-focused events with a more beneficial approach. Firstly, ones that would build our resilience and also connect us with our InnerSelves and others. The depth of our connection with others is reflected by the depth of our connection with our InnerSelves.
We are open for connection, and we are seeking this, often getting a little taste of it while sharing drinks (or ten) with our mates. I’m not saying that alcohol is all bad or that we should ban it, but I would like to invite consideration of replacing some of the alcohol-focused events with other approaches that will bring us together in a more sustainable way.
The deeper the roots, the stronger the tree.
We already have a beautiful community of mates; let's now connect on a deeper level and grow stronger together.
